Boxng Padwork has now become a frequently asked question from clients or members of the gym as it is a workout that provides you with enjoyment and definately the feeling that you have achieved something by the end.
Here are just a few examples of the rewards:
Boxing helps you lose weight and tone up. The intensity of fitness boxing training is especially suited to achieve weight loss and promote muscle tone. It helps quickly and effectively to remove stubborn fat deposits from ‘problem areas’, especially the thighs, stomach and ‘behind’. Your body will look better quickly, with quite a new, natural shape.
Boxing is unique in working most of the main muscles at the same time. This is different from a workout at a normal gym, where you need different machines for different muscle groups. Boxing’s particular combination of techniques and movements provides a full body workout in a single session.
Boxing builds stamina. You will feel less tired in your everyday life, and have more energy. You’ll sleep better, eat better, breathe better. It can really help you reduce or give up your smoking and drinking. During and after the sessions you will really feel as though you didn't do any.
If you feel that boxing training is something you would like to try out then you are at the right place. The training as always is totally focused on you progressing and learning but more importantly having fun.
