Cardio Vascular
Training
Important for YOU to do - Failure to do so not only invites injuries, but also prevents the body performing for training. This Phase is preparing the body for activity.
Mobilisation is of your spine as the spine is used in all movements of the body during exercise. We do this through movements.
Resistance - I use this to increase muscular strength/endurance & to add definition by doing repetitive exercises which apply resistance. It is an important and popular part in training programmes for those wanting to lose weight & reduce their body fat.

Cardio Vascular - A health related component of physical fitness. I use this in most if not all aspects of training as it is physical conditioning that will strengthen your heart. The result of which is an increase in the ability for your bodys muscles to utilize fuel more effectively resulting in a greater level of performance.
Very Important Phase of Training. During the training you are pushing yourself, especially your muscles to their limit. These like all things pushed to their best need to cooldown and relax for their next performance, most importantly to prevent you from injuries occuring. We need to stretch the muscles used during exercise to release and stop lactic acid building up so they can recover to their best.
After Training - Phase 4 is where you are getting value for money and slowly progressing towards the achievement of your goals. A very important part is your diets, as this, if done correctly will help your body change either losing weight or gaining weight in muscle. Your diet will help your body's energy levels perform to their best again and again without fatigueing.
