Thanks for the email. I’m pleased to report that I am very happy with the training that I’ve been receiving from Sean. I’ve had 5 sessions now and I have already noticed an increase in my fitness. I feel that the nutritional advice he has given me has been invaluable and I’ve lost 2 kgs in two weeks of being on the eating plan.
